FileZilla is a great FTP client and server.  It can install on any OS, and is extreamly versitile.

Ben Nadel turned me on to this amazing tool when I read this in one of his blog posts, "Jing is one of those tools that you've never heard of, then you use it, and suddenly, you can't even imaging life without it." and you know what, he was 100% right.  Jing gives the ability to capture images and videos of you computer screen, edit them, and then share in only a couple clicks.  If you don't already have it, make sure you download it today!

JInto is a great plugin for the Eclipse IDE to help manage resource bundles.

Link Shell extension allows you to create hard links, and symbolic links on the Windows filesystem from one folder path to another.  This is a very useful tool when developing things like Mura Plugins.

Mura is a very versitle Coldfusion based Content Management System.

Mura tools is a plugin for eclipse that helps to roll out mura plugins much quiker.  There are a lot of additional features that it provides when you go to publish a plugin.

At one point in my development career this served as my sole IDE.  While I now opt for something like eclipse for my development box i still install this on all servers as a quick text editing tool.
